Transmissions at the Ranch: A Tarot Discovery Retreat

This retreat is completely suitable for all experience levels, from seasoned readers to those brand new to tarot. Held in the deeply restorative environs of Red Clover Ranch in the Driftless region of Wisconsin, each day includes three professionally and lovingly prepared locally sourced meals, a balanced array of structured activities and solo reflection time, and an after-dinner bonfire.
You can expect:
Opportunities to explore the cards and your questions individually and collaboratively
Guidance in using the Triangle Method of card reading (inquiry, information, intuition)
Structured practices to support deeper intuitive connections
Time in solitude and time in community with the curious
Plenty of time to rest, reflect, and (re)connect with the land and yourself

Chicago-based educator, healer, and poet Marty McConnell provides vital coaching and consulting services to people and organizations, supporting them in being planful, proactive, and powerful in building the lives and worlds they envision. She is the author of “Transmissions from the Untamed Interior: Intuitive Tarot Reading,” as well as two award-winning books of poetry and “Gathering Voices: Creating a Community-Based Poetry Workshop.” For more than 20 years, Marty has drawn on the ancestral traditions of poet seers and ritual makers to guide individuals and groups through moments of growth, transition, and struggle.
PRICING & LODGING
Fee includes all retreat activities, three nights of lodging, locally sourced meals, welcome cocktail/mocktail, all-day coffee and tea service, use of the on-site sauna, and access to Red Clover’s 79 acres of wooded land and hiking trails. Tarot decks will also be available for weekend-long loan.
Both single and shared room options are available in the beautiful Red Clover cabins:
