Strength: I can’t stop looking at this dog that crosses the human figure of Strength on the card. It makes me wonder what animal force your strength takes. What creature of the world or mythology and imagination lives in your gut and rises up to meet the occasions where your power is most needed. You are armored, protected, but this being is not – it charges forth for you, through you. It has no use for the presentational armature of strength, the display of helmet and epaulet and crown. It simply is, has, strength. As you do, under all of that decoration. What are your naked, stripped-down gifts? Your non-performative powers? What strengths can you flex that open you to the world instead of keeping it at bay?
